My whole sandwich is inedible. I had to call and get a credit back to my card because what I specifically asked for at the... beginning of my order was not done correctly. The girl who took my order looked unhappy and upset that I had even walked in. Assoon as I was done and before I even paid she turned around and got on her phone to text. I had an issue with making my paymentbecause I was trying the tap feature and she just said "you have to insert it" and turned back around. I should have know tocheck the order since she was rushing me through the process anyways. The only reason this is 3 stars is because they refundedmy card. I won't be returning to this location. ???? No straw on delivery. No condiments I requested. " large " coke filled 3/4. Not even napkins either. Not good.
My coworkers and I order from this Jimmy Johns multiple times a week . They are fast and accurate . There have been a few mess... ups but they always correct it for us . Read more
Yeah don't bother ordering from here, you will never get your sandwich. I waited an hour, nothing, I called and cancelled. No... apologies, no how can we make it right, nothing. This place is a joke. Both sandwiches were completely wrong, one was a turkey sandwich that had no turkey, just cheese, lettuce, and avocado. The... receipt was correct but the order was completely wrong. I just don't understand how you can mess up the simplest order. Read more
Normally the service is very good, but today was exceptionally terrible. My coworkers and I ordered a scheduled delivery for... later in the day. Since we?ve had problems in the past We than called and confirmed that they got our order and they could bringthem all together since we use the app separately so we can get our points. When my coworker called they told us no problem andthey would have it and bring it all together. Well the time of the delivery window passed and finally a driver showed up butonly with one of our orders. I asked him where the other two were and he said they were super slammed with a big order and theother driver had them right behind him. 20 minutes go by and the other 2 orders still hadn?t showed up. We called the store theysaid oh the driver just left with it and will be right there. 15 more mins go by and it?s still not here. So we call again andexplain the situation and they apologized and finally 10 minutes later our orders finally show up.. this wouldn?t be a problembut we only have a small amount of time for lunch and we have to take it during a certain time hence why we did a scheduleddelivery.
