The absolute worst sushi I have ever had. I ordered Philadelphia Rolls (Japanese Bagel Rolls) and they had a tiny sliver of... chewy, brown, dried up salmon. ???? AMAZING place for sushi! Went on a Wednesday (1/2 price Tues/Wed) which made a full sushi dinner extremely cheap. Chef's... special rolls aren't included in the 1/2 price, but the ones that are included are still very flavorful and creative rolls. Lotsof sushi combinations to choose from. I really enjoy this place and the service has always been great! I do enjoy coming here for the hibachi style grilled food, but... my favorite thing to do is go on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for half priced sushi!! There are so many options, so you could go onea week for a month and not have to try the same roll! I ate at Hirosake Japanese Steakhouse for my birthday this year. We did the Hibatchi Grill. It was a fun little show with the... grill, Paullino was our cook and he knew his stuff. He was able to prepare our food and make us smile, I ordered a combinationof Steak and Chicken. The regular plate comes with soup, salad, rice, shrimp and then whatever you chose as your entree, but inthis case I added noodles and fried rice to my order. The serving sizes are pretty large so keep that in mind when ordering. Itwas worth the time with friends and show.
