Edit 10/26 Ordered large iced coffee on app. When I got there they gave me a medium and told me they were out of large with no... recompense and the cup isn't even full. Dissapointing. I love that they offer roasted tomatoes on their sandwiches. Soooogood! I normally go through the drive through, but inside is nice. It's always fast. My only problem is having to drive intoAvon. Rockville Rd traffic and construction is terrible. There is an empty building across from Kroger at the Country Clubintersection that use to be a Tim Hortons and you'd get more of my business if you made that into a Dunkin's. They run out of food extremely fast. If you order on the app and they don't have the items you ordered, you need to call... customer service to get your money back and wait 14+ days to get it back. The store is unable to refund you the money if youordered on the app. Extremely disappointing customer service as well. Dunkin' used to be great. Read more
I don?t usually do reviews but this needs one. I always love going to this Dunkin before I go to work which is very close so... it?s easy. This Dunkin always gets my order right and it always turns out so good when I get it. The customer service is alsogreat every time I go there which is a lot. Overall it deserves a 5 star as my go to coffee place. Read more

I would rate 0 stars if I could. This was the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Dunkin before. I order two large coffees, one... was a cold brew + 1 shot of espresso & 1 pump of mocha sweetener, one was an ice coffee, with cream & EXTRA cane sugar sweetenerand I also order a large water. I received a medium water, the cold brew, and an iced coffee with extra cream & light sweetener.I asked at the window for more sweetener which I would have HAPPILY paid for, the man at the window said ?Nah, i don?t feel likeringing that up.? He also rolled his eyes when I asked to be given what I paid for?.. I?m sorry but WHAT? Why is he refusing todo his job, why is he being rude to someone who asked POLITELY for extra & then politely once again who asked to be given what Ipaid for. Please, make this whole ordeal make sense?! Highly disappointed with the service I have received here today. I won?tbe coming back to this location. I am pretty sure the photo can explain itself. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Yes I got my money back through... doordash. But since I called the store multiple times and couldn't get to a live person hopefully the store manager will seethis and use it as a learning opportunity.
