TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Just ordered two deluxe chicken sandwiches (that's tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, chicken) the manager... charged me for one sandwich, STILL they got the order wrong twice and gave me plain bread and chicken. Visited this place on Tuesday afternoon. I placed my order and the price on the screen was $3.50 different than the price stated... by the operator.I asked why and never got a definitive answer. I asked for the manager and was told by her that there wasnothing she could do. At the window where I picked up my order I was given a receipt to check out. It was not what I ordered.Also the food was warm, not hot. The drink order was wrong. I ordered 2 drinks and got 1 straw. No napkins or condiments. Won?tbe wasting my time there anymore. Read more

This is an average BK. We come for the coupon deals. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes they are decent, sometimes the door is... locked with no sign why. Sometimes they smile and look you in the eye, sometimes you hear yelling or complaining from the back. Food is usually hot and accurate. Prep does take awhile. It's relatively clean...most visits. It's not bad for a BK. It'sjust not great. Read more

The good..friendly, effective drive thru associate, really tasty, crisp, hot, seasoned well fries and the sandwich tasted pretty... good (the chicken patty was irregularly shaped). The bad...really poor assembly of the product and I'm pretty sure deluxe addedcheese and bacon? Hard to tell as I wasn't given a reciept. Even so, I'd give em another try! Read more
My time to order was quick, but a line of 3 cars took north of 5 minutes to move at 9:15pm. My sandwich was cold and not good. ... The staff seemed more interested in each other than serving the guest by what I saw through the drive through window. I wouldlike to hear from BK or you've lost my business. Read more
