Yesterday decided to try this bagel shop. I ordered a dozen bagels 9 plain bagels and a variety of the others. I was informed I... can only buy 6 plain because I didn?t call ahead to order. The basket was full of plain bagels. I thought she was kidding butapparently wasn?t. She informed me it was an owner policy. I asked if the owner heard of baking more bagels it?s a greatconcept. Never have I heard of refusing a paying customer product. Ridiculous way to run a shop or not run it. Maybe you shouldcount the bagels at the end of each day to know how many to bake every day and control run outs. That?s how you run a bagelshop. Read more
Bagels and cream cheese were delicious, wish the service was a little better.
Stopped here on the way home. Got a bagel sandwich and coffee. Portion sizes were fantastic, staff was extremely friendly and... food was delicious. Definitely would come here come. Read more
This place is hands down the best bagel place I have ever been to. The owners and workers are beyond friendly and if you come... regularly, they remember your name and order... They are the best part of my morning. You will not be disappointed eatinganything on their menu and if you by slim chance are, they will make sure you get something that you enjoy. Definitely a quality fresh-baked bagel but as a Jewish guy I'm probably a little bit extra picky about my Bagels, LOL. Very... tasty bagel, just did not have the chewy Factor that you got from Bruegger's or even the famed New York H&H Bagels. That saiddefinitely equality place to check out and looks like they have more to offer Than Just Bagels so I will be back. I got atoasted garlic bagel with lox and cream cheese spread AKA smoked salmon cream cheese and it was good but not Blended like I lookfor in a good lox spread. More like quality cream cheese that had some small pieces of lox mix through it rather than mypreference on a lox spread is usually for the locks to be a little more infused and Blended into the cream cheese so you reallyget the flavor throughout. Quality Service in a nice clean spot and although I would say there are five star Bagels I have hadif my favorite bagel place was unavailable for some reason I would certainly default to the bagel Chalet and be very happy withthe quality. I?ve only been there on Saturday?s so they are always busy and quite frazzled. But that being said the food never takes too long... and is always delicious. Wish they cooked their bacon in the oven instead of the microwave, so instead I get sausage. Butotherwise delicious bagels, fresh eggs and good prices. Best bagel place in my area. Read more
