Don?t go if you ordering for more then one person! Terrible service and they were out of coffee trays. I ordered 6 coffees and... they just handed them to me and when I asked for a tray they said they were out. At least offer to give me stoppers, they didn?teven offer me that I had to request for them. Trying to find space in the car was frustrating and one of the lids fell offresulting in coffee spilling out and burning my hand. I would not recommend this place. Read more
What a horribly run Starbucks. Most aren?t great, but this one is next level bad. They seem to just open and close whenever they... mood hits them. Can?t ever tell when they?ll be open. You just have to show up and hope for the best. Which means I?ll just noever go again. Read more
Love the flags out front. Great atmosphere inside and out. Coffee was bitter, (update, i saw in my app order history that only... 4 syrups were added to a Venti, which is why it wasn't sweet) even with the syrups in it but the most disappointing part was Isaved my egg bites to eat later and when I carried them to my destination they fell out of the bag that did not have a good sealat the bottom. So I wasted $ & went hungry for 2 more hours. Not the stores fault but very disappointing. Might want to checkthe bags. ???? Some of The Best people watching in the entire valley is right here. From rude locals to entitled tourists to super friendly... staff dealing with us all. I?m here more often than I should, but have always had really great service. Super nice staffworking here, but they are constantly bombarded w/the most awful and impatient people ever. My drink order has always been made correct here! But the staff is not friendly. And I have been here on many occasions over the... years. There's very little seating inside with Covid going on right now. Tables are not being wiped down between customers so ifyour concern you should bring your own wipes and clean before you sit down. The staff is so friendly and positive. They seem to care about every customer that comes in. I came in when Cassie was working... and she was so friendly and kind hearted. My drink was perfect! I definitely recommend this Starbucks if you are ever in Avon! Read more
