Online shows that it is to be open until 8pm today. We were walking up to the store a 7:15 pm and a man put his back to us,... opened the door, quickly closed it, and I said ? oh yay it?s open?. He then looked at us and said, ?no it?s not? and locked thedoor. 4 kids very sad. Very rude customer service. Change your times online and just simply show some human kindness. We were acontinuous customer, but not anymore. Read more

food was good but i had the brown sugar boba and there was no trace of brown sugar anywhere? the tea tasted like a cheap lipton... tea knockoff or borderline soap. i would excuse it as me personally not like it but the tapioca pearls (boba) was hard, undercooked, and bland. Read more

Wandered in while walking the Avila strand. Warning, you?ll fall in love with this beautiful little shop! Amazing friendly... staff, ice cream, coffee, pastries all simply wonderful. Unique trinkets to remember your Avila stay. Ended up buying two shirtsand some unique note cards in addition to our ice cream and coffee! Became our go-place during our whole visit to Avila. Very friendly staff and the coffee is the best we?ve had in Avila. The roast they use is something else. Check out their fresh... baked cookies, muffins, and bars. Also they?ve got great decor in there sectioned by styles and it?s all set up in a veryaesthetically pleasing look. Very happy we stopped by after passing this shop the last 6-7 times we?ve been in town cause we?llcontinue coming here for treats! Read more

Like others have said, they are not Covid safety compliant. The three students who work there don?t wear masks themselves, they... have a loose useless bandana that is open on the bottom and don?t care if customers wear a mask. The store is odd and doesn?thave cohesion nor local goods. You?d think they would stock local products or at least from California but nope. Can?t supportthat in a small beach town. Their chocolate isn?t authentic at all. The dark chocolate has milk in it so it?s not darkchocolate. I was pleased they had one sorbet flavor with the ice cream but unfortunately it was rubbish. Zero flavor whichmeans it?s food coloring not fruit and chunks of ice. Thumbs down all around. Read more
