The venue is beautifully decorated. Very tasteful and cozy. Service was a little slow as they were down a few staff but... Arianna took good care of us. Food was great. Escargot were unique and delicious. Their wine selection is still.a work inprogress but they have Kronenbourg 1664 on draft (my favorite beer in the world). We will definitely go back. Read more

French restaurant has a few French offerings on what is a comfort food menu. I managed to get Escargot and a nice trout dish... with capers. But had to ask for bread with my meal. Skimpy wine list and no wine by the bottle. Read more

A lovely establishment in a historic venue. The menu is limited in scope but I prefer quality over quantity when it comes to... menu choices. The back deck overlooking the lake is one of the only true waterfront dining experiences around. The mussels areout of this world, the broth is begging to be dunked with a baguette. Burgers, steaks, etc are very good. Can't beat a glass ofwine and a cheese plate on the lake. God bless the Tighe family, a lovely local bunch. Read more

The atmosphere, the lake, the people and the food are terrific. Not a huge selection because he needs more workers? I agree the... COVID and flood hit Kevin hard; but what there is is delicious. What you get is worth it. He?s a warrior and a first-rate chef. Read more

I really want this place to be 5 stars and it has potential to be. They've had a rough start with the pandemic and flooding last... summer. The renovations are pretty remarkable from what this place looked like 20 years ago and I'm so grateful they breathedsome life into this historic building. The decor choices are questionable and use of small 'flood lights' on the ceiling seemodd, but some of it I liked and made it feel cozy. The bar looks great. Staff were kind and the bartender was personable, eventelling us a story about local history tied to the name of our drink, which she brought to our table. Waitstaff were pleasantbut inexperienced and seemed a little flustered with only a few tables each. Polishing their skills would go a long way. Theydidn't check back after delivering food, forgot a baguette with one dish, didn't ask if we wanted another drink, and(unintentionally) made us feel like we were a little rushed to leave. All small and easy things to fix with coaching, but reallyimportant to make this great. The food was simple, authentic, and tasty. Nothing flashy and nothing unnecessary. The cheesecakeand flourless chocolate cake were fantastic. I'd happily come back for just a glass of wine and some dessert at the bar! Ithink they're still finding their rhythm here, and it's worth giving a try. The menu is still being refined and changesregularly. I see lots of potential and I will be back to try more. I'm hopeful it will become another one of our localfavorites. Read more

Definitely 5 stars for this place! The atmosphere is great, inviting and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. The... staff is friendly and attentive. And the food?yum! I?ve only had a chance to try their soup course and cheesecake (with homemadestrawberry topping), but both were out of this world. Definitely looking forward to stopping in for a full meal. Read more
