Wonderful food & staff, I love this place. Needs updating. It's located on a beautiful scenic spot but window tables are sparse.... I'd definitely recommend their seafood white pizza. Sounds weird but the seafood is fresh and it somehow works in the perfectway on a pizza. Read more
So I took my 91-year old friend to dinner for her birthday. We showed up early for our reservation, ordered right away, and the... food came 25-minutes later. We started to eat, when the manager came by and said: "I want you to know I've reserved this tablefor 25-minutes from now, so you'll have to leave then." ME: Uh...what? We just got our food. HER: "I'll give you 15 extraminutes. This is our livelihood!" Imagine the optics of a 91-year-old woman bolting her food, needing to box half, then both ofus leaving, her in her walker, going right past the unapologetic manager. Yikes. I moved to AP in 1999 always been in and out of Lake view mainly on special occasions today 8/20/22 we decided to come in as a... party of 13 got there around 5:10 and started getting food at 6:20 there were up charges for option we were giving on our mealswithout being told there was a up charge pretty upsetting, prices charged were different then the white board menu at the end ofour table the only explanation we received was the new computer system just add charged we were not apologized to or compensatedin any way for this issue or misunderstanding waitress in no way said anything was different price while ordering or selectingoption given for sides or drinks that we were offered and said yes to. Poor staff training clearly. Food was okay tonight about$45 overpriced for what we got and finished product presentation, flavor. Read more

Food was really good. Our server, and the hostess were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The room we sat in felt... like a time capsule of the early 90s, which was a bit shocking as we walked in but ended up feeling a classic/authentic familyatmosphere. It was packed, which just tells you it's a favorite local spot. We're not from the area. But Lakeview is certainlyon the list for next time we visit. Read more
