A wonderful Gem in the rough. Was very popular tonight at 4pm but no wait. My first time at the establishment and the owner came... to our table introduced himself and was very engaging with pleasantries. I wish it was a bit closer to my house ????. What can be said about Kay's that has not already been said. This place has been a staple in Upstate, NY for as long as one can... remember. I look forward to visiting every year.
