Today morning service was so slow, waiting time of my coffee 20min+
We get here and the first thing they tell us is they don't have the dragon fruit for the drink we ordered two iced caramel... macchiato when we get the order the caramel was missing which is and extra charge and they tell us the coffee won't even tastelike caramel after it was charged and served. While we waited there was a tall white male yelling out recital slurs "byeillegal" and "bye minis" to people who seemed pretty bothered by it since one responded "I am legal" in which this malecompletely disregarded and ignores. I consider myself a regular when it comes to Starbucks but this is crossing the lines withtheir standard. Read more
Even when this location is always crowded, it is well located when I visit Aventura. It has a lot of space and... tables. (7/14/2020 update) sad to see everything changed by the COVID19, but still great service. Read more
Super dirty, coffees don't reach the standard. Guys not using the uniform. Equipment on top of garbage cans. Cleaning need it!!
Another Starbucks chain. Can't go wrong with the coffee and other varieties. This location is nicely layed out. It has moderate... seating, in the long high-top table style, with a few small couches. Not the best location for the student studier, butcomfortable atmosphere the coffee drinker. This location has a very large covered outdoor seating area. Read more
Giving two stars because of the amazing customer service provided by the employees at the counter. The ambiance however is not... what you ususally reeive with the starbucks brand. The restaurant was filthy and disorganized. The tables, chairs and countertops were dirty (inside and out) and the music is so loud that its almost impossible to concentrate; espcially when Badbunny andCardi-B are blasting through the speakers. I understand that its Miami but this is not the coffee shop vibe condusive to gettingwork donw that we all expect when walking into a starbucks. Read more
