Worst experience ever. I can?t say what I hated the most about this place: food, customer service, or the attitude of their team... members. First of all, prior ordering, I kindly warned a person that was preparing my poke bowl about my dietary restrictions(that I can?t have anything spicy). After paying, I took a seat and tried it. What I can say is.. my mouth was watering fromthat crazy amount of pepper. I took the bowl with me and went to the register to speak with the manager. After 20 minutes ofwaiting, manager started to argue with me- stating that I?m wrong and nothing spicy was put in there. Can you believe it? If youwork in a customer service environment, you should know that CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND YOU CANNOT ARGUE. I?m surprised howshe got this job or what qualifications she has for being a food chain manager. She also claimed that she can?t do refunds dueto their policy.(which I highly doubt) there is no policy in the world that can prevent you from giving refunds. I worked in thefine restaurant industry for 10 years. SO, BEWARE! This cafe is a SCAM! If you are not satisfied with your food, you find ahair, or something bad happens.. nothing will be done. Not even a refund(that?s basically a bare minimum that any restaurantshould do) Awful experience. I wouldn?t recommend this place to my greatest enemy. Read more

A decent portion, unfortunately full of onions and scallions at the expense of proteins. I used to love this place, now I am not... sure anymore if they still use the best ingredients. Service was nice though. Read more

Honestly, the best 2 poke bowls I?ve ever had. Came here twice, and I?m literally THE pickiest person. I?d come to the mall for... lunch or dinner just for this spot. Tuna is fresh, like a sushi place. Kimchi is good quality and the sauces are great. My bowlswere between $17-18- well worth the price.. i don?t know where anyone thinks they can get good ingredients for cheap- that?s nota thing. You?d think food court food would be mediocre but I swear this place is a1. go!!! Read more

This place is alright. I went on a Saturday and the line went by quickly. The people were nice and friendly. The food is not... that good and is very overpriced. It was 20 dollars for a bowl which in my opinion is a complete rip off. I asked for a regularand they still charged me extra. I ordered a MO?I bowl which wasn?t bad but not the greatest. Overall I wouldn?t go there againand wouldn?t spend that much money on a bowl. Read more

Menu is confusing as there are too many ingredients under each of their signature selection. I asked for their best Poke and... got something that lacked in taste and tuna quantity. WAY TOO MUCH rice for the size of the bowl. The staff was also cold, suggesting we give 20% by pointing at it on the machine, and not helpful when asking questions about the menu. Giving 4 starsbecause it overall did taste like a pokebowl, a miso soup was included in the price ans they were giving out free samples. Read more
