They make you wait in line while others in front of you are trying the coffee. Impossible to make a quick purchase and once you... order you have to wait even longer while they get the coffee from the stock room as they obviously don?t keep it in the store. Horrendous condescending service from sales staff. Inquired as to a speciality flavor that was not available in my Canadian... city and he argued that it was available. I further advised that our Nespresso store shutdown and hence none available. 8 alsoindicated it was not available online. Throughout our party of 4 browsing the store he continuously demonstrated a lack ofcustomer service and utter rudeness. My advice, shop elsewhere or online. Avoid this store completely. Read more

I pay for the machine then they said they dont have it , so I have to pick it up in 2 hs its ok when I came back they give me... the machine , when at home I opened and i noticed looks like used finger prints every where plugged in and dont work next day Icall back to this store and they sorry we dont take it back so you have to call the company customer service What kind ofbusiness is this? I love Nespresso and have been loyal to them for years. I was disappointed at the unprofessional service. The employees service... was below par and seemed as if they don?t want to be there.
