Horrible customer service. I ordered the wontons but was given Crab ragoons (which were horrible). I ordered the spicy eggplant... and didn't get the steaming white rice which it comes with. The BBQ spare ribs tasted dry and weren't fresh. I will never comeback here and none of my friends will to. Read more

Poor service. Why allow order of a timed pick-up if you can?t meet it? We ordered 90min before planned pickup and still had to... wait over 20min in the restaurant at the take out counter to get our food. Do not recommend for speed. Read more
Have dined in and gotten take out several times. The food is pretty good but the service is consistently awful. I tipped 20%... on a take out order and didn't even get a thank you or a goodbye. When dining in the service was very slow and we had to askfor the bill several times. Good manners and proper hospitality etiquette are truly lacking at this establishment. Read more
