I got ?The Billionaire? power smoothie because it has vanilla protein powder in it and I hadn?t eaten too much for the day. I?m... not gonna lie, at first sip I was skeptical of the taste. But the more you drink it, the more you love it. I love that thesmoothies are made with all natural ingredients. Next time, I?ll ask them to add some more sweetness to it. It?s a bit priceyfor JUST a smoothie, but I believe it?s worth it because it?s healthy and you can earn points super easily with their rewardsprogram and earn money off! So that makes it worth it. I ordered a chicken wrap, chicken bowl and green goddess. It took nearly 20 minutes to make the green goddess juice. I had to... check on my food about 3x. The staff was rude and incompetent. They have menus overhead but no menus around the register. Thestaff has ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS IN THE JUICES OR BOWLS! the food is really great. However they by far have the worst service I have ever seen. They have the most complicated menu, with... a staff that doesn?t engage or walk you through the options at all. I have been here now 3 times and only one guy was actuallyhelpful I wish I remembered his name but I don?t. The food is always great, but the service is not. Already three times that I have ordered my food online to pick up and I go... past the time it says it'll be ready and it is still not. What pushed my buttons was that yesterday, I ordered my wrap andsmoothie and went to pick it up almost an hour after placing the order, when it says it would be ready in 15-20 min, and when Igot there they still had not prepared my smoothie and I had to wait. It is frustrating because as a mall employee I order myfood with time so all i have to do is pick it up so I can enjoy my short break. Very sad and disappointing. Read more
