Since changing the brand from Dolce Vita to Konos, the quality of the ice cream and Customer Service has changed substantially. ... The price of ice cream is excessively high and customer service is poor. I definitely do not recommend this place. I wanted togive them a recommendation for improvement and it was poorly received.
