I asked if the cake batter icecream was made with eggs for my 3 year olds egg allergy (they usually check a big book full of... allergen info) and the lady working today replied ?does it look like I make it?? I?ve cream tastes great but the customer service is horrible, about 10 people working no one welcomes you, everyone have... attitude and the girl who took my order made a comment about what I choose and said ?go figure? then proceed to talk about meand my friend to the cashier. 1 star because I can?t leave a 0. Don?t expect to be timely served as who ever is doing the schedule has no idea of the meaning... of the word ?logistics? and even if that concept was clear they still need a course on the meaning of ?service? . To make thingsworse the quality of the product is no worth the wait. Our fault for going to a chain instead of a local ice cream store. Shouldhave picked up ice cream at a supermarket?better service & better quality for a chain. Read more

Great place for ice cream! The place looks a bit shabby and there are a few tables outside but most of them are dirty. There's a... great selection of ice cream and treats. You can build your own ice cream by choosing a base and toppings. They also have icecream cakes and some other treats. The servings are pretty big. Read more
If i could give zero stars, I would. We went in with the family on 12/3 at 10:30pm. 5 associates. No one greeted us, one... sitting on the counter with cell phone. Another went to the back without helping us. I had to speak up for one of them toacknowledge us. The one I asked for help, asked someone else to help us 4 times. One heavy set female was inappropriatelydressed. I asked all 3 if they have a particular flavor and got ignored. Never again! Read more
