The lady who takes your order is so mean and rude. First off she sounds like shes talking with her mouth full, you can. barely... understand her, and she Can never hear you, and she's mean about it and yells. Seriously horrible, do you taste your own sodas or make sure the machine and food are (at best) edible? I'm guessing since it's... a doordash order, Burger King didn't really care. 1st How is it that the order came to the house cold? My elderly mom lives 6minutes away by car, your food was colder than it was outside, 2nd did you just throw left over food in the bag for her ?Because her order was supposed to be large onion rings, bacon cheese burger, Hershey pie and a medium sprite. What she actuallygot was a large cup of moldy seltzer water, onion ring mash(they were softer than mash potatoes) a burger that was missing meatbacon and HEAT OR WARMTH AT BEST) AND a Herseys pie that she said taste just freezer burnt or old soup because that'd what itlooked like. I'm super disappointed my mother door dashes because she cany drive nor can she walk. Please do better and doordashgave her a refund of 7 DOLLARS!!!!
