They always get my order correct. The service is great. Just wish they were on the way to my work site, I'd stop more often. ... Would love to see a bigger variety of Starbucks tumblers/cups. I went through the drive through with very specific requests. I sometimes order cream with my iced coffee but just want a... little. I have learned to drink it black because they can NEVER add just a little. Frankie took my order and of course it wastoo much. She knew this was NOT how I wanted it as I specifically said it should look brown and not beige. She offered tomake it again but as I hate waste, I said I would drink it as is. Good luck trying to get a simple cup of coffee at the counter, Starbucks bows to the app and the drive up. I walked in... specifically to avoid the queues. After waiting for the two customers in front of me the the batista took my single cup orderand immediately proceeded to craft a couple of breakfast sandwiches. WT.....
