It took 45 mins for an order of 6 wings, they were over cooked and the fries were oversalted.

Was the worst Experience of my life .The manager of the Restaurant was very rude and not understanding .She was saucing my... wings while on the phone and touching. Rude manager refused to replace order. General Manager Renee called me after I put in a complaint for the wingstop on ed... bluestein. He offered a full replacement of my order for the inconvenience. Said I can pick this up at any of his stores. Irequested to send the order to this store because i don't trust the employees on bluestein. Called this location to fulfillorder and rude Manager Pablo refused to replace order. Said he can?t do anything for me because it was not his store that messedup my order originally. I played the recording of the conversation between me and the GM but Pablo still refused to help me.Said every wingstop has a diff GM and that he is the GM. I know enough to know that GMs DO NOT work in stores and each storedoes not have their own GM. GMs manage several stores. Very disappointed in the horrible customer service received from two diffWingstops in the Austin area back to back. New to Austin from Dallas and so far I?m discovering that a lot of these stores needto make their employees and management undergo training on how to appease and deescalate customers and how to offer amazingcustomer service since the customers are the ones that keep the business running to begin with! So me and my bf ordered from DoorDash to have some wings delivered to us and the dasher ended up stealing our food, we were very... annoyed and called wingstop and spoke to Pablo and he was just so amazing he remade our order for free and was so understanding.He really made our day better, will definitely be coming back for the great service of Pablo and for the food. We ordered food and waited 2 hrs and then they said that it was not even picked up by door dash or wherever. Pick better... delivery guys. Read more
