Always quicker to place your order ahead when you want some wings from wingstop because they're always super busy. Wings are... always made good when ordered. I prefer wingstop over anybody until some other wing place proves me wrong. Read more

The main issue with this location is the lack of priority, example when you dine in the online orders come out first I was told... that it was gonna be an hour wait and I was the only customer there?? Note to this rude establishment get someone that will runthe store efficiently and respectfully do not push away customers because your incompetence everyone matters. Prioritize youremployees have one caring to the customers that want the dine in experience and the others to take care of all the onlineorders, set the example and lead. Read more

I never received my order and after they said they would give me a refund, I still have not received my money back. It's been... two weeks. I filled out the contact form online twice and still no response. I tried to call the store, the phone lines don'twork. My next move is to speak with the manager in person. Read more

This is the third time I?ve stopped by here and Manager ?Renee? told me that my order would be 55mins to a hr There?s no other... customers in the store. But reading a text message off his personal phone of a order personal order someone texted him to one ofthe helpers. Very poor customer service. I wish Corporate would look at cameras between 2:45pm -3:04pm. Only customer in store(green shirt). Only reason I put a star is because it wouldn?t let me move forward and the AC was on?. Read more

Rude employee Anthony refused to appease me after they forgot an item from my order. Continually suggested that i come back to... the store to get the item. Gas is almost $5 a gallon! I wanted to come back and get my item but because it should have been inthere to begin with and now i have to inconvenience myself and use my gas, i figured a free ranch sauce was not too much to askfor. The young employee refused to give me a sauce and said all he can do is replace the missing item. I was not satisfied andAnthony went on to tell me, a grown woman, that I am tripping over a sauce. This young guy has no respect for his elders and hashorrible customer service skills! I asked to speak to his manager. He insisted that there was no manager in the store and thatthe general manager can call me back tomorrow. It was 30 til closing time. Every one knows that a manager has to be in any storeto open and to close. Either he was lying and refused to let me speak to manager or there really was not a manager in storewhich is a big risk and very unprofessional. No regular employee should be counting the registers and closing up the store! Iwill not be returning to this location. Read more
