The worst service I order 40 wings and I called it in at 2 hours before picking it up and I still have to waited 25 mins more ... and then I asked to make sure I have enough ranch and he said there are 4 cups and we taking about small little cups I ask formore he said you can buy more. ???????????? next time it will be pluckers. I called 4 times to place an order only for them to keep telling me to hold for over 5 mins each time. I just decided to go in... and the worker Miguel was very unprofessional when I asked to speak to the manger he claimed not to know who the manger was. Ontop of that the manger was unprofessional when I walked in he had his shirt wide open displaying his white beater. Just a badexperience over all. Would definitely not recommend going there. Not good!! Two the three questions below, Did you dine, in take out or Delivery? None What did you get breakfast, Brunch Or... Lunch? Nothing How much did I spend? $0 Why $0 well let me tell you, because apparently this is the only business on the faceof the earth that does not have $60 in change, to break a $100 bill, when you order $40 worth of food. I could understand if itwas Sunday morning and I was the first person through the door ordering $5 of food. But seriously, when the first thing out ofyour mouth is there is a 30-45 minute wait for 18 wings, you don't have $60 for change? Was unable to even get any food because they told me it would be a 30 minute wait to start making my food. You are a wing store.... If I want wings I should be able to walk out with some in less than 10-20 minutes, not wait 30 minutes before they even begin tomake my order. Completely incompetent management in this store. Ordered online and drove to pick up the order. Once arriving at home, half the... order was missing. Had to drive back and get questioned about ?who we talked to? about it but none of the staff gives out names,and if they did they were mumbling so much it was incomprehensible. Did not comp any of the meal even though they caused us anextra 30 minutes of driving due to their mistake. Fortunately, there are better quality, cheaper, and better service wingrestaurants all around this area. They have lost a customer for good, hope it was worth the few wings and fries you charged usfor and didn?t provide. Read more
Winning to eat there after our Buffalo wild wings experience was horrible. I'm so glad that we did. As soon as we enter the... building we were greeted by friendly staff. Ordered our food and got it fast and as orders. The price is very good for all thefood that you get. Thanks you guys for everything. Read more
Every time I come in I have a great experience. Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is always great. The manager is... always attentive and makes sure everyone is doing fine or if they need anything. Good place to grab some food and drinks withfriends. Read more
