Has definitely gone down hill. Had a party of 6 and a baby. They are obviously always short staffed and waitresses are rude. My... son had a huge long hair in his soda. Informed the waitress with no apology. Looked like she just dumped out the drink andrefilled the same cup. Food came out separate from others. I was almost done with my plate before my son even got his and thesauce on his wings wasn't even the one he ordered. My husband never got his fries. Prices on the menu are completely wrong byseveral dollars a plate. My husband ordered a beer. It never came and when we asked, the waitress said someone delivered it to adifferent table. When she did bring one out, it had a bug floating in the foam. Told the waitress and again, no real apology. The bathroom is gross and the building smells like old wet dishrag. Spent $200. Read more

The wings are great. But everything else is just ok. I felt bad for the staff because they are SEVERELY short staffed. Took over... an hour to get our food and we got our food before we got our appetizer. Our drinks just sat at the bar for twenty minutesbefore we got them. They were doing all they could but one cook and two waitresses can only do so much. Read more

The only reason I give two stars is because the waitress tried to care for us. Never once did I see a manager walking around.... Food all over the floor and patrons kicking it when walking by. Our food arrived in 5 min intervals, Mens restroom was just asbad as a porta John. 3 margaritas, 2 burgers and shrimp basket almost 80 bucks before tip. With tip just under 100 bucks. The food was good. I ordered the honey hot strips and funky fries appetizer. The only thing that I would recommend is for the... restaurant to clean a little better. Every time I visit this restaurant as soon as you walk in it smells like old mop water. Notsure if they just need to add a air freshener to the place or not. The food was good and the server was nice, but be careful because the prices on the menu are not the same prices on the check,... we ordered two full racks of Barbecue Ribs which on the menu is 25.57 and the check said 29.59, salad menu 10.97 and on thecheck 12.98 shrimp 10 count was 10.98 on the menu and 13.19on the check we were expecting to pay around $75 dollars and thecheck was for $95.65 and when asked to speak to the manager and when the manager Fernando Delgado come out to the table hestarted with calling my husband Brother and when we asked him why he keeps on calling him that and his answer was Because herein the North East we all call ourselves that and then he proceeds to tell us that because of the inflation, prices keepschanging and that the company doesn't want to spend 2 grand on doing new menus, that is his supervisor Patrick Flores false thatthey don't want to change prices, he never took any responsibility at all but he sure blame every single upper management and healso blame us for not seeing at the front door some kind of scan code to see the new prices which to be honest we never saw thebar code and no one informed us of it and when we told the manager that when we were placing the order the waitress could havetold us about the prices he said that wasn't his problem rude, disrespectful and no manners at all. I went with my dad around 4p so it wasn't very crowded. When we entered there was no hostess so we stood there for a while... looking at about 4 to 5 servers glued to their phones. My dad asked if we sat ourselves and the response was ya. There was ashining light to this experience though and I really wish I could remember her name, bit she came over and helped me out becauseI was in a wheel chair. She was super polite and very attentive. We were her only table but she didn't over serve us whilemaking sure we were taken care of. Food was decent, but honestly nothing to go crazy over. All of the servers were on the biggerside of "thick". Now, there's nothing wrong with that and I am not trying to offend but they were all wearing really short andtight daisy dukes and I just think that the management needs to take a look at their uniform standards. We went in around 1:00pm, there was a total of 3 other parties (all small) with 2 waitresses (so very dead). The first issue we... faced was it took a while to get drinks, waitress came and said the hold up was that they were changing the keg and if myhusband would like a different drink, so he ordered a XX dressed, which didn?t happen even through the waitress clarified. Ourorder wasn?t anything crazy, one grilled cheese sandwich, one order of boneless wings and one order of bone in wings. A partycame in after us, got their food and left in the time we didn?t get our order. I noticed the staff eating twice in the time wewere waiting. Once our waitress came out of the kitchen eating and once she was in their station eating. To go orders beingfilled no worries. After an hour we just asked for our check for the appetizer and drink, then the waitress said ?but your foodis about to come out?. After an hour, no thanks.
