Alvin is amazing!!! Best customer service I have seen in a long time. Extremely friendly and comes with jokes that everyone in... the restaurant was laughing at. This guy goes the extra mile and enjoys what he does. If I was corporate management I would bebe really looking into this guy for bigger and better things. The world needs more Alvins. Read more
I got the app thinking I could order in advance but I waited almost an hour for a fried chicken sandwich and onion rings meal. I... really don?t understand why it should have taken this long considering its fast food. At the most 15 mins if they had to cook itfresh. This was the first and last time eating here. Read more

This is a very clean and new looking Whataburger. The food comes out well but the service is slower than you will have come to... expect from Whataburger. Still, it's not terribly slow, just a bit slower. Restrooms are available for those waiting in the cellphone lot. Read more
When this whataburger first opened it was great. Fast service and fresh food. Now, it's slow service and some what warm food. I... don't mind waiting but, my food better be hot and fresh. Every time I come to this location there gravy is all watery. Lesley o.The cashier said we'll we are busy that the gravy takes awhile to thicken ????. She said we'll we under staffed. So, that rightsays that G.m. James chandler doesn't care about his staff nor his restaurant. I had never been to a Whataburger that had the most respectful, kind and sweetest employees. Alvin went above and beyond to make... sure I had everything I needed and even suggested to me the new hot sauce ketchup with some pepper and man it was AMAZING! Iabsolutely loved it and now have to have all my meals that way. The cooks did really good on my meal, the food was cooked justright and was filled with all the extras inside. The cashier was very nice and I was even greeted at the door by an employee.Place was clean even the bathrooms to the drink bar. Loved this Whataburger so much that I will now only come here when I?mplanning to fly in and out of Austin! Read more
