I can't say enough about the great management team, Janet with the night shift, Lisa with the morning shift, Rachel with day... shift. Everytime I walk in the restaurant it's clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. Restrooms are clean, the drink andcondiment area is fresh and always stocked. They always go that extra mile in my experiences visiting the Kyle location. And themaintenance employee who is always washing the sidewalk, scrubbing away the grime from the night before and he always does itwith a smile, always friendly. The drive-thru staff are thorough and friendly in taking orders. The great customer service fromthe staff is a reflection of the excellent management team. Last time I came here, I requested a chicken sandwich that was cooked fresh, because the last one I had was so dry and cold it... was like trying to bite beef jerky. The guy taking the order said they would make it fresh, but he sounded like he didn't care.My sandwich was just like last time, cold and hard. Unfortunately I assumed the order they gave me was correct. (My husband ordered on the app so I didn't know exactly what was... ordered.) I love whataburger but this meal was gross. My husband asked for toasted buns. What we got was burned bread. It wasliterally black. Guess someone put the bread on the grill and forgot about it.
