This whataburger used to be great! Fast and efficient. The last several times has been incredibly slow. Taking more than 30... minutes to receive food. The app order is awesome states what time you can expect your food. 10 minutes after the slated timethey still haven?t brought it out. My pregnant wife had to go inside and prompt them. Open the service training centers again! This place needs help. Read more
If you're going drive through prepare to wait, I don't know why suddenly but there's always a massive wait for your food through... the drive through, can also use the app to get discounts and points and order ahead to save time. Skip the line and pickup viacurbside. Read more
Even after ordering in person in the dine-in, they got my order wrong 3 times! Then the manager (or mismanager) himself... couldn't correct the register error They don't listen! As is, I had to accept a version of what I ordered. The kids there: theydon't care. They are too busy with Facebook or whatever on their phones. And the mismanagement? He doesn't care either. Soincredibly bad service here! So, how can you trust the food? With P-Terrys and In-Out burger so near, I'll NEVER be back tothis whataburger... Read more
I came in to order & waited noticing the cashier did not help with orders, until food was ready, but my shake was not, so... people from the back told cashier, it was her job. By the time she had finally got it, now fries are no longer hot. Read more
It's something I've always wanted to try. Texas' famous Whataburger. I wanted badly to like it, so I could look forward to... coming to Texas, but I found myself not impressed. While in Austin, I ordered the double cheese, with fries and a Barqs rootbeer. The burger was definitely meaty, ample dressings, all good there, Texas size. The disappointment is in the flavors,there was none, nothing stood out to me to say, this is an awesome burger. I felt Burger King, Wendy's, and McDonald's burgerstasted better. Read more
This is the absolute best Whataburger in Austin, Texas. There are four other Whataburgers that are closer to me but I go out of... my way to come to this one. The french fries are always hot and it doesn't taste like the other food has been sitting outforever like at other locations. I tried the peppercorn ranch chicken club sandwich and it was amazing. One of my all-time favorite hamburger joints ever. It's not a surprise that investors up north found out how successful... Whataburger has been and wanted a piece of the action. The Whataburger with bacon and cheese combo is a full meal deal that willsatisfy even a lumberjack from way up north. I just hope the menu doesn't suffer from having Yankees now owning a majority shareof the corporation. Read more
Whataburger #576 (Denson & Lamar - Austin) 10 am Thursday - Restaurant was clean - not acknowledged for a bit (no one else in... line at inside counter) but once acknowledged service was fair. Coffee urn in lobby was empty & was also labeled as Decaf -when I asked for regular coffee - manager stated they do not sell Decaf - when I pointed out it was empty they did make more -but urn still shows as Decaf (think that should be addressed). Ordered biscuits and gravy - it was good & gravy serving wasmore than enough for the one biscuit. Read more
