Went here a few times for a quick bite to eat after a long day, first mess-up was with my order details. It was fixed fairly... quickly, second was a meal swap between me and the person behind me, didn't even check till I got home an I was definitely out afew bucks. Decided to not go back here since then but the next day I received another, identical charge for food I didn't evenpurchase. Out a total of 15$, now highly do not recommend this particular establishment. If I receive any feedback frommanagement I'll update my review add include what they did to compensate. Read more
What?s wrong with management here. They need to hire and train they employees better. Every single time I come it takes them... 30min- 1 hour to just make one burger. So much for ?fast food?. And they?ve gotten my order wrong multiple times. How has theowner not made any changes to this place? I?ve worked in fast food and this place is a mess. Read more
The food would be really good if they would ever give it to you hot. They should take lessons from Chick-fil-A on how to move... cars through their drive-thru more quickly. I only go there because my family member wants to. Read more
My mother waited 45 minutes and this is what they gave her she asked for a bacon blue cheese and yet she told the lady that this... isn?t what asked for and waited for another 45 minutes just so they can bring the old burger back? Read more
Only got about 5 percent of our order right. Ordered $45 dollars worth of food and had an issue with everything from the service... to the meal. They made me honey bbq chicken sandwich with two white breads. The other honey bbq chicken sandwich had no BBQsauce. Read more
Dine in today for lunch. Pretty elegant restaurant nice n clean. Compare to other older Whataburgers. Burger was good and hot.... Fresh lettuce n tomatoes. Fries where good not salty at all. To drink had a Coke. Recommend this Whataburger to my family andeveryone else.????? Read more
The New Whataburger on Oltorf is really nice. I went on a busy night and i mean busy. They forgot my bacon and i let the young... lady know and she went to the cook to tell them. She bought me out 6 pieces of bacon out. That was the only thing wrong otherthat i will be going back. Read more
This was a really good burger! Next time I will order extra chili and Fritos.
