Went here thinking let me get a "quick" breakfast as I was starting to get hangry. I went to the drive-thru to order three... taquitos and a salad. After each item that I had ordered they interrupted my next sentence with "what else" with a sharpness intheir questions. After getting out how I wanted my taquitos and salad I drove up, paid for and then set in line for over 20minutes. When I waved them down through the window they just looked at me and kept walking. I finally got somebody's attentionand they said we're waiting on the chicken... Aren't you supposed to start getting the food ready when the order is beingmade? A local here in Austin said that they are always usually slow during breakfast times. Needless to say there will be otheralternatives for breakfast next time. Read more
You can tell the manager at this locatoin got there Jobs because how long they been there and not there work Ethic..They are... very rude and power hungary!!I hear the way they talk to there Emplyees and customers..its almost sickning becasue I been goingto what a burger since 1994 and this by far is the worst locatoin ive ever been too..Real dirty,Rude ,And very Slow!! My visit was very unpleasan!!! .You can see the roaches crawling around the restraunt when your in the lobby eating !! The... employees and thr manager are very unprofessional and rude.This locatoin need new management because this happends when I go tothis locatoin and it is close to my house ..Very Disrespectful to the Brand Read more
They seem pretty slow at this location all the time. McDonald's is even faster than this. What's the point of having a lane B if... you aren't going to use it. I've worked at Whataburger before this is the worst location. If you want to eat here you're lookingat a 30 min wait. Read more
Whataburger is dead. They altered the burger to satisfy health nuts. To save 100-200 calories, they squeeze all the juice & fat... out of the burger, making it dry and tasteless. They also stopped putting miracle whip on the bottom. I'm old as dirt. I knowthe original recipe for burgers. Read more
Most horrible Whataburger experience I ever had. I been going there since the 70s. My car was not drivable so I made special... trip by bus taking over 45min one way. I get to lobby before closing time. They see me. They will not come to locked door. Icall to go number. They refuse to take it. I say I will have to walk thru the drive thru. They say they won't serve walk upcustomers via the drive thru , that I have to have a vehicle. Completely wasted trips. No food. And I had a free burger if I buysomething coupon which expired at midnight so I lost use of that too. They could have taken order over phone and brought it outcurbside. They didn't even offer. Great whataburger near rundberg. Workers seem pretty chill and the manager there was super inspirational to the team. Lots of... parking, and the drive thru is pretty fast. Its pretty busy tho so be careful at rush hours. Lots of minorities in the area too Read more
