Food came out quick for a Saturday night. Order was correct. A little difficult communicating with the individual running the... register as I'm pretty sure he was stoned, lol. He was mumbling and didn't really wait to hear me respond. The managerdelivered my food. Nice guy and it's really really nice to see a manager help out the way he was. Read more

My go-to place after a night out. We always use the drive-thru. Staff is great, food is always good, overall a fine experience... every time we go. Took away a star because they'll sometimes forget items. Read more
This was not the same burger it once was. Definitely not the burger we used to wait up to 15-20 minutes for during the after bar... rush years ago. Smaller patty, wet soggy bun, wilted lettuce and a green tomato, core and all. I rarely if ever eat fast foodanymore so I asked others if this is their recent experience. I conclude after much discussion, most agree, the burger haschanged. Sounds like they abandoned the cook to order policy. Indeed it made the wait longer, but it was worth the wait. I hate writing a negative review specially in food industry because I worked and managed restaurant for years. But after a long... day at work, I decided to stop by and get two sets of Justaburger kid?s meal for my kids and the #4 for myself. When I get tothe window to pay, the cashier, Joel proceeds to charge but I noticed the price is lower and ask him to confirm what he has onhis screen. He only one one justaburger by itself and my #4. I kindly tell him that its not complete and before fixing the orderhe cuss, but then he goes ahead and fix it. I only asked for two Justaburger kids mean and #4. They sent me to a parking spot.Mind you its dark, I live 2 mins away, I get home, attempting to eat but the burger looks gross. On top of that, no orange juicefor the kids mean or drink for my meal. And they still charge me for a single Justaburger on top. Read more
10x more functional at night than the Rutland/Lamar location. Most often you get what you actually ordered. The food is not... mysteriously cold... Late night from 1:45AM to 3:00 AM can be a bit of a wait, but, again, far better than the same time periodat the Rutland/Lamar location. Read more
