Wham Bam, Thank you Mam!!! Boy, this thing was epic! First of all, I?m not really a morning person. I?m probably not even a... breakfast person, but this bagel sandwich and smooth strong latte transcended me to a dimension where I was once again motivatedto be the change in the world?or at least get to work on time. Let?s start with the place itself, it?s a cute pink trailer withmenu laid right out on the side. Workers are friendly and glad to answer any of your questions and make recommendations. Thebagels come in 8 varieties (my new personal favorite is Egg, but I hear the everything is phenomenal!) you can stuff ?em withjust about anything your little heart desires! They got more combinations than you could shake a stick at! I got mine within-house sausage with Morracan spices, cheddar, eggs, tomatoes and the in-house scallion cream cheese! When I tell you?it wasthe best bagel I?ve ever had!! NY WHO??! They have several meat options/smoked and made in-house and the ingredients are sofresh they would make grandma proud. It can be tough to find a combination of savory mouth-watering food truck food WITHstrong, smooth, local coffee from Little City Coffee fresh roasted right next door! I?m an espresso gal and I need a joltwithout the jitters and WOWZA! You can get a drip coffee, latte, macchiato, chai or whatever your heart desires. They even haveoat/almond milk and a variety of syrups to make all your caffeine dreams come true! I?ve never written a review in my life, but I had to write a review because this bagel was so good. I?ve been on a mission to... try all the bagel places in Austin?so far, they?re all great, but none of them hit like this place did. I just finished my bageland I must say the whole experience?from start to finish?was so wholesome and put me in the best mood: the place itself is socute, the staff was kind, and the bagel was perfect. Feeling hungry waiting for my Tesla service to be done and the service advisor recommended this place so decided to give it a... try; no regrets! They take cash & credit cards! It is a little food truck located diagonally across from the Tesla ServiceCenter on E St Elmo Road, apparently moved recently since Mar 2022. Can?t miss the pink truck! Ordered the sesame bagel withshmear. Amazing! The iced coffee was also great. The paper straw though, was not functional after 35min, though it isenvironmentally friendly. I?d especially like to recommend Lauren, who not only served me attentively, recognized my militarystatus, made my bagel specifically to how I wanted it, and actually asked for my name and actually remembered it! I?ve ordered from this place a couple of times. The breakfast bagel has become my comfort food. It?s the perfect thing to cheer... me up! My egg is always exactly how I like them, bacon is always crispy and I love the varieties of cream cheese! My faves arehorseradish and jalapeño bacon. This cute trailer NEVER disappoints. The staff is really friendly, but the service isn?t the only thing that?s great. The coffee... and bagels are fresh and delicious. A lovely little pink food van, with a good group of folks, working together in a small space, whipping a constant flurry of... orders. A big salute to them, as they are consistently busy which is great and definitely shows that they know what they'redoing...and yes the bagels and coffee are worth the, at times, long wait.
