Usually they always mess up our food. Yesterday though was a experience. We went for dinner, had to wait over 10 minutes to take... out order since the register didn?t have the money drawer in it. Then after ordering I got a broken cup and the lady walkedaway. I had to ask for a new cup. The food took 20 minutes. If I wanted to wait 10 minutes to order and 20 for food I would ofgone to a restaurant but we decided here since we were on limited time. We seen so many people coming in and out with messed uporders from the drive thru, they didn?t even Apologize for the wait of that it took so long to get the food. Not very thrilledat all!!! Place was empty but my order was somehow completely wrong. I got a completely different burger than I ordered. Not the first... time they've messed up an order at this location. Their workers need to be retrained. Read more

I would not give them one star. But they will not let me put the review on without clicking a star. We just pulled out of this... Wendy?s on slaughter Lane. First of all we stood in line for at least 20 minutes. For two5 dollar meals. When they gave us themeals they only gave us one we have to request for the other one. They also handed me a drink that had a crack plastic. It wentall over my car all over my lap. Nuisance I asked for napkins and they?re looking at me like I was crazy. I?m telling him thatthe soda was leaking all over me. If these people were not in La La Land I do not know what else to say. Ordered on the app, did drive thru and everything went smoothly. A little bit of wait because they were busy. They were friendly... about it and I was not in a rush. Read more

Generally Wendy's food is pretty good, but this one messes up my order and/or wastes my time about 1/3 visits. Last time they... gave me two singles with nothing other than meat and cheese between the buns. No veggies, not even ketchup or mustard. Also ittook me 23 minutes to pick up my "ASAP" mobile order via the drive-thru since they had decided to lock the doors due to astaffing shortage.
