I would say the customer service is terrible, but there was NO service. After sitting in the drive thru in a line of cars for 15... min with nobody ordering. I drove around by the window when on my way to whataburger, and saw the only apparent employee on thephone while smiling and waving as basically a nice"f-off". So I recent when today October 18 2022 I ordered nd they jst have small cups for $2.59 so if yu go no telling when they will get... medium nd large cups but not worth it. I dnt knw y but this location sucks nd this Wendy's is close to my house so rlly dnt havea choice to come here. Read more

Ordered the limited time only Bacond Pub chicken sandwich in the drive through. I drive home and my order was wrong. I did not... receive the order I paid for. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Burn me once shame on you, burn mytwice shame on me, IM DONE EATING AT WENDYS!!! I have been a loyal customer for years and yet this location can't get an ordercorrect. They don't provide a receipt with drive thru orders nor seem to comprehend how to do so upon request even. Staff has a horrible... attitude and I'm pretty sure they overcharged/ripped me off. Not sure but $17 for a couple Jr cheeseburger deluxe and a smallfrosty doesn't sound right. Didn't realize how much they charged until I pulled away and of course they didn't and wouldn'tprovide a receipt for me order. Thieves. Even if it were a simple mistake it's still very suspicious not providing receipts withorders. Recommend going to a different Wendy's or at very least paying close attention to what your total should be. I surewould if I were to go back here again. Read more
