Went to drive thru- only serving cold chicken nuggets and cold fries- NOTHING else due to short staffing- isn?t this a hamburger... place?? Employee refused receipt for purchase and when asked for refund employee closed and locked drive thru window. I?ve never... experienced anything like this. Bad business and poor reflection of customer service or lack there of. No manager available forcomment contacting corporate office and filed a fraud claim with bank. Horrible. Tried for a second time and just as bad as the first. Went to the drive-thru around 10:15 behind another car. They... waited for about 5 minutes after no service drove off. I waited for about 5 to 8 minutes, saying hello, nobody came to theintercom. I drove to the window, no one came to the window. As I drove to the front of the store to see inside I could see twopeople in there talking with headsets on. All the lights were on and it's not suppose to close till 11pm. Guess they justwanted to leave early or not work. The last time I went the girl helping me was rude and it seemed as though I was aninconvenience to her. Wendy's and management definitely need to change workers. Or put in a Whataburger or any other businesswho's main concentration is customer service. Read more

it isn't even food. globs of cheese & a big grey leaf of lettuce, mayo & mustard & nacho cheese everywhere!! nasty !!, no straw... for the coke, the fries were of cardboard quality...so sad I came here. Beware it is horrible. Read more

I love this neighborhood Wendy's that is close to our home. Kids also love it when dropping them off after school to grab a... quick meal and hang out with her friends. The interior has been recently updated and it looks amazing!. The service and thefood were a lot better than I expected and we will be back soon! Read more
