Great outside place to sit with the kids. It?s a shame that it smells like they have not cleaned their trash containers in... days. Their system to order with the QR code is not working. After 14 minutes of being seated someone came to ask if we didn?tknow how to order! Their system doesn?t work! With the same bad attitude the server took our orders and dropped (literally) ourwaters and straws! Maybe he doesn?t want a tip $ Food is good for what it is. The server just came to ask if we need a Togo boxwhile we are chewing of food, full plates! It doesn?t matter the type of place, if you?re in the service industry, learn basicsabout your industry! I?m a regular here. Love it. My favorite breakfast place. But just when I fall in love with the breakfast burrito, they move it... off the featured menu, then the secret menu, and now they don?t serve it at all! What happened?!? This was such a unique item! A great spot for kids! There is outdoor seating and a nice playground perfect height for the kids (3 and 2) to manage on their... own without assistance. There are fans and lots of shade as well. First yime here. Ordered queso w chips, mushroom swiss burger with onions ring and cookie with ice cream for dessert. Queso and... chips 6/10: Cheese tasted bland. Mushroom Swiss and onions rings 9/10: Really good but had to add salt. Bake Chocolate ChipCookie with Ice Cream 8/10: Was missing something???? Spices maybe. First time at Waterloo and didn't know what to expect. Went for lunch and we sat at the bar immediately rather than wait 30... minutes for table sitting. We enjoyed a turkey swisd mushroom burger with a side salad and waffle and chicken. Both dishes werethe right size and price. Read more

Visiting Austin and met up with old friends here. We sat outside and enjoyed some ice cold drinks (try the Patio Pounder!) and... delicious food (the Waterloo salad, pulled pork sandwich, and Texas Philly were all excellent)!
