This is a place where you will spend $30 a person for low quality food. The convenience is unbeatable, but there is a reason... it?s mostly empty. I had the rigatoni, which has a mixed red and white sauce that itself was pretty good. But the combinationof ingredients made me feel like no one had really put any thought into the dish as a whole. I ordered one glass or rosé andthe pictured bowl of pasta, and the tab came out to $31 before tip. As someone who has spent a good amount on meals all overAustin, I can easily say there are much better places for that kind of spend. Read more

Cozy spot on a vibrant street. Perfect spot for a date or solo feast. Savory and juicy meatballs with a good texture... complimented by the sauce which was amazing with flaky, buttery, toasted bread. Summer Negroni drink was a sweet contrast to themeal. Read more

Stopped in after hitting Nickel City and Rosewood. Honestly, this was the best of the bunch for a little less nouse and... healthier choices Staff was awesome--really in tune btw customers and kitchen--and my Italian sandwhich and wife'srigatone--yum! Night staff made this place, while back-of-house sealed the deal. We'll be back without blinking. Read more

My favorite walking distance Italian food other than Patrizi?s which has homemade bread, pasta and cheese and over 75 years in... business so that?s quite hard to beat. Uncle Nicky?s does however have more menu diversity and they serve booze. Overall I?dsay Uncle Nicky?s wins the breakfast and lunch spot and Patrizi?s wins by a long shot for dinner. Read more

Time to go to Uncle Nicky?s and meet your breakfast. Get many items for sample Sunday. Don?t hold back. Stay long. But do wish... they would swap the Toast POS with Union POS?way better mobile ordering experience vs the come up to order. Read more

Stumbled upon this little italian spot attached to a small hotel on a Sunday evening. I overall enjoyed the wine selection and... the simplistic food items. The employee with green hair is so nice! I recommend the caprese and the mamba italiano. Read more

I joined some friends for lunch on a Friday at this location, the one on East 11th Street in Austin. It is a modest sized venue... with table seating for dining and a counter bar. Outdoor tables are available for those who enjoy alfresco dining. We were ableto be seated right away, and you order at the counter and then they bring the food to your table. Beware, they DO NOT acceptcash! I had a Mondo sandwich and others had salads, sandwiches and pasta. Everyone enjoyed their food, however the portions aresubstantial. This is not a flaw so much as a warning, be prepared to consume. Food is ready made and fresh and delicious. Theyoffer a Happy Hour and gelato for dessert. Prices are moderate and ambiance is casual. Parking is as you find it on thestreet.... Read more
