I have never written a negative review. But, I think that my recent experience at Tio Loco warrants it. A coworker and I went... in on a weekday for something fairly fast. We decided that sharing an appetizer should be quick. Sadly, no. There were only 4or 5 tables seated when we arrived. I noticed that the waitstaff seemed confused about orders. How this place has five-star reviews, I'll never know. First of all, the happy hour at this place is a $5 house Margarita.... That's it! No happy hour deals on food at all. Are you kidding me? Good Tex-Mex food at a reasonable price. A nice variety of menu choices. A bar is set up with multiple big screen TVs. ... Pleasant atmosphere for dining or having a drink. Food is hot and tasty. Our waitress brought cotton candy for the kids afterthe meal. Easy to get to off FM-620 and ample parking including handicap. Read more
