I have never written a negative review. But, I think that my recent experience at Tio Loco warrants it. A coworker and I went... in on a weekday for something fairly fast. We decided that sharing an appetizer should be quick. Sadly, no. There were only 4or 5 tables seated when we arrived. I noticed that the waitstaff seemed confused about orders. Others around us were wonderingwhere their food was. All in all, it was an awful experience. It took two requests to get sweetener. Small plates neverarrived. How this place has five-star reviews, I'll never know. First of all, the happy hour at this place is a $5 house Margarita.... That's it! No happy hour deals on food at all. Are you kidding me?
