Fresh, cold meats! Soups good. Staff amazing! You ask for it...u get it! I go almost everyday for lunch! THUMBS UP UP UP!

ordered a BLT online and gave them tip in advance only to get home and find only 2 pieces of bacon and an excessive amount of... shredded lettuce. Second time (different location) this has happened. Not going back to T-Cloud anywhere. Would give fewer starsif possible. Read more

Worst customer service EVER. Don?t get me wrong the subs are DELICIOUS but this past weekend I had a horrible experience with... this location. I work for a plumbing company nearby and usually order through DoorDash rather than go and pick it up to savetime due to the brevity of my lunch break. Friday night my husband placed my order for a large Club with NO avo/guacamole, blackolives, pickles & onions. Imagine the disappointment when my food finally arrives $20 & 45 minutes later only to bite into asandwich covered in guacamole ! I could have cried. It was disappointing because 1- I was REALLY hungry but also because I LOVEthese sandwiches ! Ever since my first time visiting Thundercloud I haven?t even stepped foot inside a Subway; so needless tosay I was really looking forward to this food. Work was way too busy for me to leave and get it corrected and I did NOT want topay another delivery fee; so I called in and spoke to a manager about the mistake that was made with my food and asked if Icould come pick up a replacement the following day (Saturday) since I had to work anyway. I was assured it would be no problemand that it?d be corrected. Fast forward to lunch on Saturday; my husband called in to confirm the location was aware I would bereturning for my sandwich but made properly this time- No guacamole ! He let me know a staff member by the name of Mary wasaware of my order and even repeated it back to him to ensure it would be right this time; The Club-turkey, ham, provolone,noguacamole on white bread, extra bacon, black olives, onions and pickles. I work alone on Saturday and normally we can?t leavefor lunch; I had to request my boss forward the office phones to our on-call phone so that I could run and grab my food. Sheobliged but told me to make it quick. I go and get my food and rush back to office and no kidding- THE SANDWICH WAS WRONG AGAIN.Not only was it on wheat instead of smothered in guacamole but the only meat on the sandwich was bacon!
