Overcharged for veggies and double charged for bacon. Service was brusk and aloof. I don't know if it's due to the proximity to... campus but would it kill these people to put a tiny bit of effort into their jobs? They act like it's an inconvenience for themto make sandwiches. Tasty subs, but sometimes they are very sloppy when they are made, soggy bread, torn apart, not even a closed sandwich. The... employees sometimes seem like they dislike their job and want to leave ASAP. It is 4 p.m., they close at 6, and this is myeating environment: (not very welcoming) Read more

I eat here a couple times a week. It's the standard Thundercloud fare, so no surprises. If you like a good turkey sub or a hot... pastrami sandwich, you'll be pleased. Staff here is top shelf; they're invariably friendly and make an effort to rememberregulars. Definitely a good place to eat. Read more
