We came here on a Friday night and it was a little busy but the service was fast. My husband and I ordered their regular shakes,... which I thought were overpriced at $8 each. They were more icy than creamy and all the brownie chunks sunk to the bottom. Samething with my husbands, the cookie dough sunk to the bottom of the shake. Very disappointed with the shakes and glad we didn?tget the fancy shakes that are $17 each. They look prettier and you get to keep the jar, so those are points in their favor. Butif I were to go again I would just get the scoops of ice cream and not the shake. Read more

Great milkshake, it was a little pricey but you get to keep the glasses. Our cheesecake on top was frozen. I didn?t really care... for it. The reason why I rate it a 3 stars is bc it was kinda messy inside, there were no clean areas to seat and thingsweren?t stocked, maybe they got slammed? they?d didn?t seems to friendly with customers service. Overall, milkshakes wasoutstanding but they can use use some help in the customer service area. Read more

The icecream is fabulous. Not just the large flamboyant jar you may have seen on social media, although that one was delicious... and is $17 with many different options and you get to keep the glass jar. So I definitely recommend it overall, whether you wanta few scoops or something more Read more

I was so hopeful. If you have ever been to the domain, you should be prepared for crowds. We expected to wait awhile. That was... okay. What was inexplicable to me was the heat inside. Hoping there was a temporary problem with the air conditioner, we waitedin the unexpectedly hot line. We ordered and waited. I was excited when I was paying because I heard them call out the numberjust ahead of ours.(They called out for 81 to get their order and then I am told I am #82.) Yay! But then I see them call outfor the number after us (83) and the next number (84) and the next number (85) and I look over to see our milkshake sittingthere waiting. We finally hear our number and we dig in?.only to find that there is no ice cream. It has ALL melted. And what wedid taste was not anything to write home about. We understand crowds. We understand staffing shortages. But I am so confused bythe heat inside?with no explanation. And the melted milkshake. With no explanation. I?m not sure if we will ever give themanother try, but I will update if we do. Read more

The milkshakes were delicious! We got the Milk & Cookies and the Salted Caramel Cheesecake, both pictured below. Now?the... experience was less ?delicious?. Seems like the owner might be trying to cut corners: no AC at all (it was just as hot insidethan outside, over 100°) and they?re VERY understaffed (made the service slow, although the kids working there were very niceand polite). Milkshakes 5/5 and Experience 2-3/5. Read more

This place is soooo good! The sundae in the mason jar is better shared with another as it is a LOT of ice cream to eat. The... selection is great, something for everyone! They also have a wash area so you can wash and keep the mason jar. I gave 4 out if 5stars because the jar wash area was pretty nasty and needed attention. Overall worth a try Read more
