Went in the other day for the first time to check this place out and had a bad experience. I sat at the bar and after a few... minutes I was greeted by an older lady in her late forties to early fifties (kiri was her name , and i only knew that aftersomeone called her name)who seem to be in a bad mood. After I ordered my drink she held my drink in her hand and began talkingto the other bartender. After finishing my drink I wasn't asked if I wanted another so I decided it was best to take my businesselsewhere. Won't be returning. Read more

This is my favorite neighborhood bar! Absolutely fantastic patio area partially covered by huge umbrellas and awnings, with... misters, several fans (that actually are on and work!!), and a nice stage too! VERY DOG FRIENDLY!! This, for me is the bestpart!! There?s a dog run in the back with a bunch of dog toys and a faucet for water and multiple dog bowls around the patioarea. Super chill bar? This place is absolutely wonderful! Dive bar with karaoke, darts, jukebox, live bands, in and outdoor areas with a bare... accessible at both. I love coming here and we got some great singers here in Austin. The staff is super nice and Matthew is thefreaking best! Much love!! This place has a great dive bar feel, with a big outdoor space and mist fans to keep you cool. A large selection of craft beers... on tap, cheap eats and good service make this a great evening stop. As a musician I particularly enjoy their Tuesday Jam Night.It's loud in there but always a wide selection of players and singers giving something different. Read more
Fantastic outdoor beer garden !!!! Wonderful selection of craft beers . Full bar also. They are dog friendly and even have a... small dog park. They do wonderful crawfish boils during the season ! The also have a tasty food menu or you can order fromon-site Food Truck Super Burrito. We go to The WaterTank regularly and absolutely love it. The have live music,trivia night andkaraoke. Great place that is larger than it look like from street. Great steak offerings, good strong drinks. Good music.
