Decided to check this place out after seeing how long the line was. The wait was worth it! They make everything with locally... made products and their fruit smoothies are organic. The bacon, egg and cheese crepe(first one I?ve ever seen) was stellar. TheRaspberry beret fruit smoothie was everything imagining a organic fruit smoothie to be. Potentially the best breakfast sandwich I?ve had in Austin (or within top 3) ? super light and airy English muffin and all... toppings were fresh and flavorful (just the perfect amount of garlic aioli).
