Taco here are awesome at least the vegetarian ones. A bit disappointed with the change to the salsa ordering with tacos online.... It seems now you can only order one salsa per taco. I was annoyed they didn?t get my one salsa request right when I got home toeat my taco, major bummer. Outside of that I love the consistency of the taco making at this location! Read more
I took a drive up to Austin and since I was there I took advantage of what I thought would be a great opportunity I went to pay ... Taco deli a visit. I thought well I might as well do a review since I'm here. If y'all been following me y'all know I'mpassionate about my reviews. I like doing them. Upon arrival I was ignored a lot. Most of the employees were talking amongstthemselves and not really giving me or any of the other guest their attention. Since I used to work at a restaurant back inthe late '90s I know how things go and here they were not doing any suggestive selling. Or into their guest I had to interrupttheir conversations to ask for help if I was going to eat. So let me say this the food was really really good I had blackbeans, I had white rice with vegetables, and I had two barbacoa tacos they were really really good I love barbacoa. Therestaurant was clean it was nice decor inside and outside of the restaurant. The pictures were lively and modern veryup-to-date So the question is would I go again? Probably so for the food because truly their food was good. I would probablytalk to the manager or someone and let them know about the service if they don't read this review before that time. Huge taco selection, including vegan and vegetarian options! I enjoyed their cold brew coffee and also their Aguas Fresca... watermelon juice, yum! Their "space cowboy" vegetarian taco was delicious, it's made with mushrooms! Perfect lunch spot! Read more
Tacos are good but service here sucks. Made me take my dog out even though there were 3 dogs in the restaurant while I ate.... They also beg for tips at the register as you order, before service and before you even taste the food. There is no waiters hereyou take your own food and pour your own drinks. Good breakfast tacos. Seriously, this used to be an Austin institution, and in many ways it still is. That said, nowadays one... gets the sensation that they're kinda coasting. Oh yeah, the Dona sauce is still amazeballs, but the tacos, well, you can getbetter. Oh, it isn't *bad*, it's just that you can get better... Read more

Love the Otto breakfast taco with a small amount of dona(hot) and roja salsas. Nice outdoor seating. Friendly staff and service.
For the best tacos in town, visit any Tacodeli. I love the Otto with crispy bacon on homemade corn tortillas. (Organic refried... black beans, double bacon, avocado and jack cheese) Hubby likes the migas taco and the Jess special. However, as yummy as thetacos are, they are really just a delivery system for the best salsa in the universe, the dona sauce. It?s out of this world!!Don?t skip the sauce!
