I would like to post some pics of the food that was recently purchased at this particular location, and would... like for you all to decide if it was worth (($18.50))... ???????????? I am almost pretty positive that most of you will see the"issue" here... I've been to various Taco Cabanas throughout the years and never seen them do me like this before ???? I?ve never had food poisoning so fast in my life. 10 min into eating the chicken nacho my stomach grew IMMEDIATELY upset. Ordered take-out. Got the confirmation. Got the notification that my pickup order was ready. When I showed up to pick it up... there was already an annoyed customer waiting at the register asking for a refund/receipt over something. I waited around aminute or two, then was told they were closed. This didn't make sense considering the time or my order confirmation. I confirmedwith the man at the register that the address was correct. Supposedly there was only one cook working. He said I could wait, butit would be over half an hour longer. I left. As I left another man was coming in. He seemed to have my exact problem. The manat the register was very flustered and curt, but still tried to be professional with me. Management should do a better jobmaking sure the restaurant is staffed. Employees have personal issues sometimes. Employees quit sometimes. It's up to managementto not be cheap and to make sure there is backup. Won't be coming back. Don't want the risk of having to change dinner planslast-minute. Read more
I?ve been here a lot because my son is obsessed with bean & cheese tacos. Sadly, the attitude of the people working here is... repulsive. ???? I?ve only seen 2 descent people working here. Shoutout to them: one was a middle-aged, very sweet Hispanicwoman. She made sure my order was great and was very kind to me every time. I could tell they work her to death, she lookedexhausted. The other was a young guy, very tall with curly hair. The speaker wasn?t working and I ended up having to order atthe window. He was understanding and joked about it rather than getting frustrated. ?? Everyone else has had an awful attitude.If they?re not willing to work on their customer service skills, I doubt they take any of their other work seriously.???? Ps,this is a taco I ordered here. I asked for light beans very specifically they put an actual half pound of beans on just this onetaco. I feel like they purposefully did the opposite of what I asked. Will NEVER order here again. Waited in line for 40 minutes due to a broken ordering box; FINALLY get to the window, and the... MANAGER just barely makes contact and says "yes"? You can see the frustration written all over his face and it felt like I wasinconveniencing HIM. I place the order, didn't get the salsa I asked for AND the food was disgusting. I drove 10 minutes to this Taco Cabana tonight (6/23) after getting off of work at 9:30. I arrived at 9:42, and the place was... already closed down. I understand that it?s close to closing time, but it?s over 15 minutes before the place is supposed to beclosed?with gas what it is, really sucks to have wasted that bit on the drive there and back (it?s out of my way?I was reallyyycraving some quick tacos after a rough day at work). Anyways please update the hours if they?re wrong. There is a reason taco cabana is going to go out of business.... it's because it's being ran poorly... the staff was rude the... tortillas are 1/2 inch thick, all the meet was like beef Jerky. The chips were not crunchy... the best part of the meal was thewater... just lost 11$... paid for food got trash... Read more
Haven't been back in a while because of poor service. Again we waited 30 -40 mins. I just don't know how they can have everyone... park to the side. If I would have known there was a long wait I would have went somewhere else for mediocre food. My rice washard. Chicken quesadilla was burnt. I used to love TC.
