This place is full of low life thugs working there, they leave you waiting to order for 10 minutes and when they finally give... you the food, it is cold and also do not get the order correctly, they have and attitude like they are doing you a favor and youare paying for their services! This is the first time I?ve ever submitted a form anywhere. I ordered a quesadilla and added tomatoes and lettuce (paid for it)... and seconds later was delivered a tiny, cold quesadilla with no lettuce or tomato even though I paid for it! The quesadillasused to be quality, and it made me so mad that they gave me a small, cold, incorrect version of what I ordered for $7!!!!! Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would, I waited on line 40 min to come up the speaker the girl said they are short staff it's only 2... employees working and they were closing at 9pm it was 8:59pm I was so upset about this. I told her they should have came out andtold the 10 cars that been waiting that they were close. I drive around the building to leave, onr employee was sitting in thedam lobby the girl was hiding in the back when she seen the cars pass by. Very disappointing and bad for this business. Read more
Stopped by this location last night 9/2 around 11pm. Had the worst experience. We were 30 min in the drive thru line, which I... understand since places are short staffed, just to get a rude and nasty girl. She had such an attitude as soon as I got to therewith "what do you want" I hadn't even ordered yet. I told her she had something wrong on my order and she had she yells at me,"wait! I'm not done yet!" I tell her, what's with the attitude, I was the one waiting for 30min and she tells me I can leave.So I did. This location has been going downhill. Might as well close it down. Very disappointed in this location. Last night sat in the drive through line for a total of 45 minutes, get to the speaker and... they say they are only taking mobile orders. I can?t get out of line at that point, so I download the app and place the orderonly to then get to the window and they say they can?t fulfill the order since they are out of stock on most items. To top itall off the employees I spoke to seemed like they could care less. Probably some of the worst customer service I?ve everexperienced. Here?s to hoping some real change can come about or they just closed this location down and replace it withsomething that has real operations. Read more

I'm ranking this location 4 stars in comparison to other Taco Bell restaurants, not necessarily as fine food venue. The service... was a bit slow, but the food was fresh. The gentleman taking my order was attentive, and it actually seemed like he didn't mindcustomers. If you've been to fast food restaurants, then you know what I'm talking about. The restaurant overall was clean, notrash or food on the tables, etc. It was a pretty good experience. Read more
