Manager said lobby was closed I asked why she said water leak .I said there's always something different every day then she said... this was no place to chill I said just because I carry a backpack and not from there doesn't mean we're homeless and that wecame to order. Left out went back in to take photos ..now I'm banned .I called corporate office and will continue to call tillthe water leak is resolve or till they leave the older woman to work alone and she closes the lobby because of her safety.thismgr. had other customers and employees... absolutely the worst taco bell in the history of taco bells. ive gone there at 3pm on a saturday afternoon and they were closed.... Last night at 10:50pm on a Friday night they are closed. Yet why is somebody answering the drive-thru window and telling youthat they're closed? They're clearly still sitting there taking their hourly pay and just not helping customers. terriblecustomer service too, no reason given why they're closed. the dude is probably just smoking weed inside by himself collectinghis minimum wage and note helping a customer and not giving a $hit. doesn't the owner look at the register? guys, you didn't doa single order after 10pm but stayed "open" till 1am? why are we paying you? this is atrocious. good thing there are plenty oftaco trucks on rundberg/lamar. Took 5 minutes before getting access to rest room despite no line. The answer is obvious. Hire more people. 3 isn't... enough. Or leave it unlocked, still takes 15 minutes to get order some days Read more
This place has been going down hill over the years. In the past it was cool to stop by at 12 am for some late dinner but now... they've been closing way early and even been messing up online orders with either missing food or accepting the order but beingclosed. Pulled up last night with an online order submitted, got there 10 min later, and the speaker said that they were closed.At 9 pm on a Thursday. It wasn't until AFTER I left that I got the notification that they canceled my order. Read more
This place is like a childhood trauma you're trying to repress. Difficult to actually pin down and when you do it's not worth... the effort. On the rare occasion they're open like their hours say, they're dishing out attitude faster than they can say allthat they're not serving that night. Read more
With all the real Mexican restaurants around to choose from I don't usually stop at Taco Bell. But sometimes the convenience... factor wins over. On this trip I got the Grande Stacker box with a Mexican pizza. I'm not lying, it was all pretty good, even ifevery item seems to have most of the same ingredients arranged in a different wrapping.
