I paid for a drink, but after i saw the drink counter i changed my minf. It was utterly disgusting, with mold all over the... grates that go over the drain in front of the drink machine! Then i looked at where the ice and drinks come out and how filthythe whole machine was, nope! Come on people! Its not that hard to clean! I worked in fast food i know! Ruined my wholeexperience. ???? Cheap, delicious, spicy, and filling! Yay! As of this writing, they still sell their fiesta potatoes tacos for $1.00. What an... accomplishment in this day of inflation! I was thus able to buy 5 and still have a cheap and filling meal for about the sameprice as some grocery store meals. I love their kiosk that lets you customize your orders. I imagine customizing is a hasslefor the staff, but they still often get it right. Very nice and clean inside. Yum for Yum Brands. Read more

This was phenomenally bad. The staff kept interrupting my husband on the speaker as he was ordering, and I was super excited to... get the spicy potato soft tacos so I got 4! Imagine how disappointed I was when there was literally 4 pieces of potato in theentire taco, 7 in another, and then 2 with 6. I made a single whole taco with all 4 of mine. Along with that,everything waspoorly wrapped and fell out into the bag. I get it's fast food,but as the only car at 9 pm, I don't see why this happened. Very unprofessional stuff!!! Very rude! Refused to take my order! I placed the order with DoorDash to pick it up, when I came... to the drive-through telecom 30 minutes later, they said that they didn't get it. I was like ok, I will deal with DoorDashmyself later. So I asked the lady to please place the fresh order then, and she said that she will not place a new order in thedrive-through with Taco Bell for me. I asked her if the Taco Bell kitchen was closed for some reason, and that's why she wouldnot place my order. She said yes, they are closed. I confirmed with her three times that she will not accept my order onThursday, September 22 at 5 p.m. and that there was no way to order anything with Taco Bell. She said that I absolutely can notplace an order. I was like, that is weird, and drove to the pickup window, and asked her if Taco Bell had issues for which theyare not accepting the orders. She told me, that there are no issues and I can order from them through the drive-through, eventhough she just told me like five times that I can't place an order. I asked her why did she tell me on Telecom that she willnot take my order. She had no response. I told her: ?Ok, if I can place an order, please take it?. Her answer was: ?You have todrive around to Telecom again to do that!? I was shocked by her unprofessional manner and rudeness. And double checked if shewanted me to drive around and wait in the drive-through line again for her to take my order! She said yes. I was so done withher behavior at that point. However, I wasn't able to go into the store (I had newborn sleeping in the back seat), so I had nochoice as to drive around and to place the order on telecom again! She took it this time, just unbelievable...!!! When my placein line was up, I pulled up to the window and asked her for her name, and told her that I will write a review about this rudeand unprofessional manner. This place is a sad joke no leadership at all the lazy employees call the shot. I walked in for lunch to place an order I had a... custom request that I've had at three other locations. The yells to the manager we can't do that this not McDonald's lol are youkidding me. I give her my number so a supervisor can call me it never happened. Joke go eat somewhere else folks. Read more

Update your hours. You have been closed by 11 pm everytime I have come by. Your hours show you are open until 1 am. If you... aren?t open change your hours. I have literally tried to get food after I get off work at 1030 pm 7 times in the past month.There is no sign anywhere that indicates you are closing early. Nothing on google. Nowhere. The last time I came here duringthe day around noon I was told your hours were until 1 am but when I returned that same evening at 11 you had alreadyclosed. Maybe it is my fault for being a frequent customer but I am starting to think hit isn?t worth it to come to thislocation anymore. It?s not like you are ever open anyways. Read more

If you order through a 3rd party app (i.e. GrubHub, UberEats, DoorDash, etc) at night, chances are, you will be disappointed and... left wishing you had ordered from anywhere else. This location (and several others in the Austin area) will not fulfill theseorders. I have been told on multiple occasions they are not doing these types of orders, and tonight I was told they wereclosed. I inquired what time they close, and was told it depends on how many employees are working. After pulling forward in thedrive-thru, the person behind me was able to place an order. As I passed the window, I saw 3 employees, 2 of which were puttingan order together. It was 11:25 p.m. They have the capability to turn off the devices provided by the 3rd party platforms, whichwill remove their location as an option for ordering from, but they don't. I'm guessing that would be a red flag that uppermanagement or the owner may notice and then they would have to answer the question of why they're turning away business whichcontributes to their $17/hr pay.
