The food is fresh, but they always mess up my order every time I go to this particular location. And this last time I went they... forgot my crunchy taco and messed up my burritos. They had to remake my order three times, and then still forgot a burrito. Eventhen they forgot to put the tomatoes and onions in my burritos, but apparently this is the only taco bell location that doesn'tknow what fresco style is. On top of that they made it seem like it was such an inconvenience to them when I had them remake itbecause they messed it up. I didn't say anything about that, I just left. But they need to learn how to do their jobs better orsomething because now I have all this messed up food that I have to throw away just because they didn't wanna take it back. Read more
I live in the area close by and I have been denied more times then I can count. This location is never working. Every time I go... there is no one there or they tell me they can?t serve me. This has happened over 10+ times and I am at a point where I cannotcount on them to even be open or serving customers when I go. Also they always aren?t open late and always close early so don?tthink they are open till 11 or 12. I can?t even show up at 5 on a Monday there was yet again no one at the location. At thispoint I don?t see a reason to continue with this schedule of not being open. Today was the last day I count on this location toeven be open when they say they are. This location marked an app order as complete as I pulled into the parking lot at 5pm, as the employees were walking out and... when I pulled up, they told me they were closed. I asked why my order was marked as ready and if they had it, they waved me offand told me to call or email about a refund. I've yet to hear anything back. This is ridiculous. At least cancel the orders ifyou know you're about to close 10 minutes after they're placed. Terrible management. If anyone is able to finally get back to meabout a refund that would be amazing. Infamous for cancelling your DoorDash order 20-60 min after it?s been accepted as if it?s being fulfilled. Almost every time the... app has us order from here, it gets cancelled 9/10 times. Dashers (deliverers) have waited at this location for food to befulfilled for 15-20 min just for Taco Bell to decide they no longer want to finish putting it together. WORST TACO BELL.
