We had such a bad experience, we ordered a matcha latte and it came with the powder without whisk. I?ve been working for... customer service for more than 10 years, and even thought you might be tired you treat customer in proper way. Paly (I guessit?s her name), since we got in here she never looked at out face, not even a greeting, really bad attitude, just assuming thatthey were about to close but it was 7pm and they close at 8pm. I received hair in my drink two times in 2 months. The first time it was dark brown hair about 3 in long. The next time it was... white 1 inch beard hair. Gross! Never had this happen at any other coffee shop. Never going back. Read more
