We were daily visitors to Summer Moon coffee on Slaughter. However, we heard an employee through the drive-through glass... criticize our order (my wife wasn't feeling well and at the last minute decided she did not want coffee and needed food, so sheonly ordered tacos which is something we never do) and upon bringing the employees actions to the attention of the manager, themanager in essence blamed us for ordering tacos as well. It will be hard going back to this establishment. We have neveravoided a restaurant in the past, and this is my first google review about such a thing, if that tells you anything. We havetipped their employees well, especially all through Covid, so to hear them have such little respect for their customers is verydisappointing. Summer Moon never responded to the email we sent them regarding this which further illustrates how the companyfeels about their customers. I highly recommend you try other coffee shops where the employees and managers respect theircustomers instead of supporting Summer Moon. Read more
Coffee is delicious when made right but the longer you wait, the more inconsistent their pours. It?s been a hot minute since... we?ve had similar orders, even when ordering the same thing in the same visit. Took two stars away because we?ve spent almostTWO HOURS waiting here over the last three visits combined (drive thru + in store). If you have anywhere to be within the hour,do yourself a favor and just brew your own at home. Read more
I just paid 7.90 and a tip for extra hot coffee and I get it served in this. I go to this location all the time but this isn?t... the first time they screw up like this. My suggestion, don?t go through drive-thru. Go in place your order and check that it?sto your liking. Last time I ever tip this store. Read more
Incredibly inconsistent. I always get the same thing, and one day it will be too sweet, the next it will be way too bitter, like... they completely forgot moon milk. I tried again today and finally decided to give up going to this location. The staff arelovely, and the coffee is great when it is made with the same proportions as other locations. But I can't trust this locationanymore, and with prices raising, the inconsistencies here just aren't worth it. Now we just go to the summer moon trailer a fewstreets over or the kyle location.
